Why buy from WIC?

How long does it take to receive an order?

Normally items ship the same day. Special orders will take longer, depending on the item. If you're in a hurry, let us know. We'll do all we can to get your product to you as soon as possible.

What products do you offer other than wiping cloths?

We offer an entire catalog of items ranging from cleaning solutions to maintenance equipment.

Are samples available before I buy?

Absolutely! Just contact our customer service department by any of the methods on our contact page and we'll work with you to get the samples you need.

Is a minimum order required?

There is no minimum order amount.

What are the payment policies?

Normal terms are net 30 days with approved credit. We need to have three supplier-type references to establish a credit account. We also accept all major credit cards.

I want a special product that I am not sure is offered through your company. How can I find out?

Simply contact our customer service department to find out whether or not we carry the product. If we don't, we'll do what we can to get it for you.
